Adding a DrawableGameComponent to the list of Visual Studio templates

For anyone who may have missed it, “Pete”, a Microsoft MVP shows how to add the DrawableGameComponent to the list of templates in an XNA project. That way, instead of having to keep your own template for a DrawableGameComponent kicking around, you can just do a “right click->Add New Item->DrawableGameComponent” sort of thing.
